Overview
WC Lifesaver is an online certification platform for CPR, First Aid, BLS, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogen training, offered in blended or fully online formats for healthcare workers, caregivers, teachers, parents, and the wider community.
The Challenge
Certification platforms need to serve individual learners and institutions (hospitals, schools, companies) at the same time — with different pricing, bulk-discount logic, and renewal flows for each.
Our Solution
We built a course-commerce platform with a full catalog of certification courses, volume discount tiers for institutions, and dedicated renewal flows for certificate holders, backed by a separate institution registration and login system.
Key Features
- Course catalog with per-course pricing (e.g. AHA BLS, ARC CPR/AED)
- Volume discount tiers (10%–30%) for institutional bulk enrollment
- Individual signup and course enrollment flow
- Certificate renewal flow
- Separate Institution Registration and Institution Login
- Live chat support via WhatsApp
- Educational blog and FAQ
Design Approach
The tone is professional and reassuring, appropriate for a platform people rely on for life-saving certification.
